Prices for both advertisements and vending tables are determined on a sliding scale based on the corporation or non-profit’s budget.

The Philadelphia Trans Health Conference is a community led event, held with the help of the Mazzoni Center via staffing and logistical support.
The mission of the Conference is to “educate and empower trans individuals on issues of health and well-being; educate and inform allies and health service providers; and facilitate networking, community-building, and systemic change.”
