Last week, seven Ardent Credit Union employees attended their graduation ceremony from Holy Family University’s MBA Program at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia.
- Mary Hoffman, VP Chief People Officer
- Joe Walmsley, Benefits Specialist
- Steven Scoleri, Loan Closer
- Julie Mack, Director Project of Implementation and Compliance
- Eileen Hughes, VP Operations
- Lynnette Dykes, Real Estate Loan Officer
- Stacy Senior, HR Generalist
Training and continuing education are both integral parts of the credit union growth and, in some ways, another way to measure its overall success.
Ardent’s management realized early on that it’s one thing to hire good talent; it’s another to make them productive contributors and keep them happily working at Ardent.
“With Ardent’s in-house MBA program, it enables our employees to explore the possibility of pursuing higher education and enhance their professional development,” said Rob Werner, Ardent Credit Union President/CEO.
Employees may be reimbursed up to $6,000 per calendar year for tuition, registration, general application, and expenses for text books.
The classes are held at Ardent’s headquarters, and this past December, Ardent saw the first batch of their MBA students graduate.
Ardent will continue to offer this compelling program to its employees as part of its commitment to their professional growth and success.
